Affirmative Injury Ruling on U.S. Frozen Pizza
CANADA, March 8, 2004 -- On March 2, 2004 the Canadian
International Trade Tribunal ruled that imports of uncooked
frozen self-rising pizza from the United States have caused
injury or are threatening to cause injury to the domestic
industry in Canada. Canada's Border Services Agency will make
a preliminary determination of dumping by April 1, 2004 and
anti-dumping duties could be imposed.
