FAISALABAD: – Food Department has claimed to achieve 74.73 percent wheat target so far by purchasing 3,994,422 bags wheat during ongoing wheat procurement drive in Faisalabad division.
A spokesman for the food department said here Sunday that 4,978,025 bags Bardana had been distributed among the wheat growers which was equal to 93.13 percent of the target. Efforts had also been accelerated to achieve 100 percent wheat procurement target within stipulated time, he added.–APP
