SKARDU – A 500 kilowatt Hydel Power Project has been completed in village in Chwar of district Ghangche at a cost of Rs150 million, official sources told APP. After completion of the new hydro power station electricity will be provided to Chawar village and other
adjacent localities. A small hydle power station is already working which was
constructed by the local communities of the village Chawar. The 500 KW power station would start generating electricity soon, he concluded.
