Rs5.2b approved for extension of Baran Dam

ISLAMABAD:- The federal government has approved Rs2.5 billion for the extension of Baran Dam in Bannu District. While talking to Radio Pakistan, official sources informed that the project will be completed within three years. The dam, on completion, will bring thousands acres of barren land under cultivation in the area. It will also serve as a tourist spot.–APP
