Rebate allowed on noodles and milk products
ISLAMABAD (March 07
2004): The Central Board of Revenue (CBR) has
given duty drawback on the export of noodles and
different types of milk products from March 4,
2004.
In this regard, the CBR has amended SRO
415(I)/2001 of June 18, 2001 here on Saturday.
The duty drawback on the export of Lactogen-1 will
be 3.20 per cent of the fob value; Lactogen-2,
3.01 per cent of the fob value; Nido milk powder,
0.59 per cent of the fob value; Nestle rice, 1.05
per cent of the fob value; Cerelac khichri, 0.17
per cent of the fob value; Nescafe 50mg, 5.49 per
cent of the fob value; UHT cream 250ml, 0.43 per
cent of the fob value; Nido full cream milk powder
400mg, 0.02 per cent of the fob value; Maggi
noodles chatkhara 70gms, 0.77 per cent of the fob
value; Maggi noodles chicken 70gms, 0.73 per cent
of the fob value and duty drawback on the export
of Maggi noodles chilli 70gms will be 0.73 per
cent of the fob value.
