KARACHI (March 16 2004): The visiting delegation of Rice Exporters Association of Pakistan (REAP) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with All India Rice Exporters Association (AIREA).

According to information reaching Reap office here on Monday, the MoU has been signed for ensuring mutual co-operation between the rice exporters of both countries for preparing a joint market strategy and exchange of information.

Under the MoU, a six-member committee, three from each side has been formed, which will meet three times in a year at rotating avenues.

First meeting of this committee will be held in Pakistan.
