| PPCBL disburses Rs two billion for Rabi crop LAHORE (January 27 2004): The Punjab Provincial Co-operative Bank Ltd (PPCBL) has disbursed Rs two billion loans to small farmers till January 24 for cultivation of Rabi crop 2003-04.
The spokes of PPCBL said on Monday the bank, with the help of Punjab Co-operatives Department, had also made a recovery of 68.22 percent loan given for the Kharif crop 2003.
The total recovered amount for Kharif 2003 was Rs 1.9 billion.
