Lahori food festival in New Delhi
LAHORE (April 15 2004): The Maurya Sheraton,
Delhi, has requested the Avari Hotel, Lahore, to
organise 'Lahori Food Festival' in New Delhi from
April 16 to 25.
The Avari Hotel had also organised a highly
popular Food Festival in Delhi and Agra in July
2001 during the meeting between Pakistan's
President General Pervez Musharraf and India's
Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee, says a press
release issued here on Wednesday.
F&B Manager Usman Najmal, Avari Hotel Executive
Chef Mehboob Ahmad and a team of chefs will be
specially flown to Delhi to offer authentic Lahore
cuisine to Delhites.
