Fruit fair in June
MIRPURKHAS (April 03 2004): The organising
committee of annual Mango and Summer Fruit
Festival has decided to hold the 39th annual
festival here, in the first week of the June.
The decision was taken in the festival organising
committee's meeting, chaired by the District Nazim,
Syed Shafqat Hussain Shah Jilani, here on
Wednesday.
The District Nazim said that the mango and summer
fruit festival had now becomes a tradition of
Mirpurkhas, and it was being organised regularly
for the last 38 years.
